Mykola Tomenko: One should incorporate round the Crisis Overcoming Programs, round the Decisions, even Non-Popular ones, that would guarantee the System of Responsible, Professional Authorities and Reformation of the Local Self-Governing
Commenting upon the formation of the new coalition, Vice-Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine declared that "theoretically, everything is possible, still it looks as though it would always ends as always - elections".
M. Tomenko stresses that "When the political powers are incorporated it is always better when the political war. It is obvious axiom", - he stresses.
"But the main point is the aim of incorporation, if for the provision of the post of the Prime-Minister for Tymoshenko and the post of President for Yanukovych, the country will not need such a unification".
